TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- We are renting a private apartment.
- In case of not respecting the rules of the house, the lessor has the right to resign the contract immediately.
- In that case the paiment in advance is going to be kept by the landlord.
- Damages provoked by the renting persons or their guests (for ex: glass breaking, stains …) will be fully charged and are payable in cash.
- Smoking is allowed only on balcony or on public outside areas of the building.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The tenant will charge fees as follows :
- 10 days before arrival: 0 %
- 5 days: 50 %
- 1 day: 80 %
- less than 1 days or no cancellation: 90% …of the total rent.
CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT:
- The apartment is ready from 14:30 on. Except for special agreements.
- Check out time is 11:30 on the day of departure. Except for special agreements.
- The owner of the apartment or the building in which the apartment is located in, is not liable for thievery.
MISCELLANEOUS :
- The customer has no claim on a specific apartment. We reserve the right to change the booking onto a comparable or even superior apartment if necessary.
- In case of non-authorised additonal overnight guests, the lessor can cancel the contract and has the right to charge € 20,- per non-authorised person.
- We do our best to fully satisfy our guests and it is our (so far successful) goal not to have any reason to consult these terms and conditions.
INTERNET ACCESS:
We do provide internet access via WiFi. This is a free service. In any case of technical problems we try our best to get the connection repaired. BUT we are not liable to any consequence due to non functional internet access. |
